A group of Italian pastry chefs who are chosen and coordinated by the maestro of the maestros, Iginio Massari, that get on the road to give scheduled programmes of assistance and training.

Courses, demonstrations, support upon request and one-to-one meetings are offered on company planning, or can be personalised according to needs and requests.

Our Area Directors network which looks after each area in Italy is available to receive and programme requests.
