Our research for natural ingredients has yielded texturizers free of artificial additives, using instead the natural thickening properties of vegetable fibres or carob flour. They can maintain the original flavours of raw materials and provide them with the necessary creaminess. The range includes a Neutral texturizer used as base to build your own recipes, two Cores, respectively for ice creams or sorbets, and three Pre-Weighed, with the cream-based ingredients shared by all flavours.
