We add tiny amounts of sugar and nothing else to fruit selected according to our strict criteria. The result is a a silky fruit purée that bursts with flavour. All our purées are concentrates of puréed and refined actual fruit. The jars are filled in aseptic conditions, so they are always ready to use. Pasteurisation is light, to fully preserve the original colours and flavours of the fruit. No added flavours, thickeners or jelling agents. They are ready to use as filling, to prepare ice cream, sorbets, creams, macarons, or simply to add flavour to beverages and cocktails.
