Whether obtained from pure ingredients, naturally extracted, or using traditional preparations such as caramel and zabaglione, we obtain consistent pastes that can be used as cores, to provide any preparation with the necessary aromatic notes. Confiding on our research in the field of all-natural products, we use carob flour, vegetable fibres and our knowledge of sugars and dairy products, without synthetic additives. We have zero tolerance for artificial ingredients, regardless of the current European regulations that allow for the use of "flavours" without describing whether they are natural or artificial.
